We're looking for a Senior Accountant - Operations at our Woodland Hills location. You'll ensure timely and accurate accounting, including but not limited to price variance inquiry, freight processing, vouchering receipts, and processing of mill and other vendor claims.

What you’ll do:

• Voucher metal receipts and validate metal receipts and resolve any potential issues.
• Coordinate with plants and vendors to resolve incorrect Advance Shipping Notification transitions.
• Communicate and resolve any payment discrepancies with Procurement and metal vendors.
• Prepare price variance reports for customer pass-through and present to Sourcing & Pricing.
• Prepare monthly journal entries, including but not limited to price adjustment, rebate, tariff, metal enroute, monthly true up and perform account reconciliations.
• Process all mill/vendor claims, initiate the collection process and prepare monthly reporting deck for executives.

What you need to have:

• BA or BS in Accounting required.
• 5 + years of experience or more in accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office suite.

Pay: $72,600.00 - $92,600.00 per year
