We are seeking a Senior Copywriter to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organization skills, 5-10 years of experience working as a creative and a copywriter, and a portfolio that demonstrates an understanding of the craft of copywriting and platform thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Obsessed with writing great things and is passionate about the craft of writing
• Participate in the creative process for projects from conception to completion
• Consistently deliver ideas, including platform/big ideas
• Can work quickly and reliably, especially under pressure
• Understand tone of voice, look and feel, and can adapt styles to project or campaign
• Give opinions and recommendations on what you think is right for our work and our clients
• Take direction and feedback well, re-working ideas or creating something entirely new
• Understand the agency process and help other departments during the journey of a project
• Collaborate proactively with creative, account, and strategy teams
• Strong knowledge of the production process and your role in it
• Actively seek problems to solve in our partners’ business, or proactively extend campaigns
• Manage time on multiple projects and prioritize your own workflow
• Present ideas in a way that captivates, from deck to verbal presentation
• Manage tight deadlines and work independently, while juggling multiple projects
• Mentor and encourage creative team members to foster a positive work environment
• Ensure the work is grounded in strategy and the brief

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of previous agency experience and a proven track record of great work
• Must have online portfolio of work
• Work experience in the creative services industry, Healthcare is a plus
• An ability to expertly balance writing long-form stories, as well as killer 4-word headlines
• Extremely driven and continually seeking something more
• Self-motivated and solution-oriented
• Strong and persuasive presentation and communication skills
• Some periodic night and/or weekend work at times.

This position is fully remote.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
