The Senior Search Consultant role is a highly interactive sales and recruiting opportunity. We're looking for a high-energy, competitive, and driven individual who's eager to take their recruiting career to the next level with Jackson Physician Search.

Essential Duties:

• Partner consultatively with clients to conduct searches and fill physician staffing needs
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding search activity
• Achieve productivity goals and metrics
• Call physicians to proactively source viable candidates
• Conduct thorough phone screens with attention to detail and prompt follow up
• Update the internal client and provider database with recruitment-related activity
• Use creativity to create effective job advertisements for open opportunities
• Travel overnight to conduct onsite client profiles

Requirements:

• 5+ years of retained, permanent physician recruitment experience is a must
• 5-10 years of successful recruiting experience preferred
• Achieved at least 12 placements in a 12-month period
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Professionalism and confidence to effectively communicate with medical professionals and hospital executives
• Stable employment history with verifiable references
• Computer, organizational, and client/customer service skills a must; Salesforce/CRM experience a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
