The Senior Program Manager, Cyber Security leads, coordinates, communicates, integrates, and is accountable for the overall success of the cyber security program, ensuring alignment with regulatory compliance, business initiatives and enterprise priorities.

Job Duties

• Manage the ongoing relationship with information technology (IT) process owners to ensure the service, projects and ongoing operations meet security standards.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business practices to implement required aspects of the overall cyber program in each respective area of the business, while minimizing the impact of these requirements on existing business activities.
• Support leadership in developing a strategic roadmap to gain and maintain operational and procedural compliance with all requirements of the cyber security program, including requirements outlined in NCUA 748, FFIEC and general security best practice.
• Support developing policies, procedures, and tooling to monitor and govern the day-to-day operations of the cyber program including compliance with patching, vulnerabilities, and end point controls
• Manage enterprise cybersecurity and development of cyber risk management assessments to ensure all acquisitions, procurements, and outsourcing efforts address cyber security requirements.
• Lead and coordinate efforts to proactively monitor security levels of IT systems and establish baseline security models including: patching, vulnerabilities, and end point controls
• Manage and ensure monthly reporting requirements are complete and accurate including program health, cyber compliance and items of interest

Essential Skills

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing cyber intelligence programs, including security risk management, security operations and cyber security resilience; preferably in a mid to large sized organization in the financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of security standards, vulnerability assessments and security frameworks such as ISO, NIST, COBIT
• Ability to convey technical/security requirements to non-technical business departments
• Ability to problem solve effectively, with strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple competing tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to express ideas concisely and logically
• Strong consensus building skills with the ability to build trust and successfully influence
• Expert knowledge of IT security regulations, including GLBA, NCUA, and FFIEC
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred
• Certification/License: CISSP, GIAC, or ISACA required

Location: Hillsboro, OR 97124 | (HYBRID)

Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR: $120 - $135k annually + annual bonus
