Your Objective
Create successful national and local SEO strategies that will be executed by our team and our world class national and local SEO vendors to ensure our brands maximize their organic search positioning.
What You’ll Do

• Manage existing SEO vendor relationships, liaise between our brands and vendors
• Implement strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings
• Support our brand marketing teams by answering SEO questions
• Handle escalations from franchise owners regarding their local SEO
• Measure the success of our SEO content, its growth and impact on demand generation
• Perform recurring organic traffic monitoring, KPI, and competitor analysis reporting
• Perform keyword research to generate recommendations for on-page copy improvements and new blog topics
• Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments, communicate developments
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
• Deep understanding of how organic search works (Google/Bing) and increase in search rank and visibility both national and local

You Have

• A sense of humor
• Minimum of 3+ years of SEO experience (agency or multi-brand in-house preferred)
• Management experience preferred but not required
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• Extensive knowledge of on-page SEO, technical SEO, and search engine ranking factors
• Outstanding organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Experience with relevant SEO tools (ex: Botify, Screaming Frog, GSC, SEM Rush, AHREFS, SEO Radar, etc.) and web analytics tools (ex: Google Analytics, etc.)
• Ability to create presentations and present them confidently
