The Sr. Coordinator Non-Technical Customer Support – Contract Administration for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for working with cross-functional teams, Sales Associates, Field Service Engineers and Customers to support the contracting needs for a specific assigned book of business.
This position is part of the Contracting Team and will be located in Brea, CA and is hybrid. At Beckman Coulter, the contract teams vision is to build customer and sales partnerships, work with our sales team to help secure new contracts and renewals and to maintain contract agreements.
You will be a part of the Client Services organization and report to a Contract Administration Leader in Customer Support responsible for maintaining an assigned contract book of business for new and existing customers and ensuring that contract terms and conditions are being met. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Establishing close relationships with customers, business partners, and other departments to help ensure resolution of customer inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner
Providing mentorship and support to other members of the team, to ensure that beneficial outcomes are reached in a collaborative environment
Coordinating with customers, different levels of management and departments within the organization to ensure that seamless and effortless experience for the customer
Booking and maintaining new contract agreements, setting up billing schedules, shipping schedules and managing compliance to the contract terms and conditions
Partnering with the sales organization in securing contract renewals, preventing expiry and supporting in the placement of new instruments
Researching and resolving diverse customer support issues including pricing and contract terms and conditions
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but High-school degree is required (with 4+ year’s diagnostics contract experience in related field)
Must demonstrate effective skills in; customer service, quality, relationship building, problem solving, active listening, conflict resolution, analyzing terms and conditions, multi-tasking, written and verbal communication
Ability to multi-task and use strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools - including but not limited to Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Working with complex contract terms and conditions and able to effectively deal with ambiguity as demonstrated by previous knowledge and experience
Proficiency in ERP Tools such as SAP/Oracle

The hourly range for this role is $28-$30 per hour. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
