Job description
Appalachian Community Health Center is looking to fill a full-time position for a Service Coordinator at our main office location in Elkins. This position requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a human services field, though non-traditional bachelor degrees may be considered depending on the courses completed and work experience. Service Coordination is perfect for a recent college graduate or someone interested in a change in their employment, to gain experience in the mental health field.
A Service Coordinator provides services such as linking, referrals, advocacy, and participating in the treatment planning process to consumers of all ages with mental and behavioral health needs. You will have the opportunity to work closely with and learn from other staff. On-site training for the position is provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $26,000.00 per year
