Position Description

The Branch Service Coordinator is responsible for all duties relating to the electronic medical record of the hospice business, ensuring schedules are assigned and completed, and serving as a point of contact in the office for clinicians. As a Branch Service Coordinator you will:

  • Answer phones and complete scheduling for clinicians
  • Maintain all electronic medical records, upload non-electronic documents, and assist with missing or incomplete documentation and audits.
  • Send and track information for physician orders, and send additional documents to physicians and facilities to assist with coordination of care
  • Attend all mandatory in-services and meetings

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of administrative office work experience
  • Must maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office and reporting software
