As a Service Coordinator, your responsibilities are going to be to take incoming service orders, get them into the database, and schedule the appropriate techs to handle the job. Your ability to prioritize and make smart business decisions are just part of what will catapult you up the promotional ladder. Knowledge of the Puget Sound area from Olympia to Bellingham will be essential as you will be dispatching your tech team (50 techs) to the proper projects.

1. Scheduling-ideally of jobs (not medical office scheduling)
2. Knowledge of the area (should know the general area that is covered)
3. Great personality
4. Calm demeanor (you will be getting calls from frantic clients. Can you keep them calm?)
5. Computer friendly (putting all info into a database)
6. Excellent customer service skills.
7. Organizer and a planner (must plan your day daily)
8. Great follow through (keep your clients and techs up to date)
