HOME PROVIDER POSITIONS - Windsor County

Lincoln Street Inc. is currently seeking Providers to share their home and lives with individuals with Developmental Disabilities. We are looking for people who are compassionate, patient and creative; who have common sense; are able to set limits; and work within a team setting.

Lincoln Street Inc. is currently seeking the following:

A full-time provider for a non-verbal gentleman in his early 60s who requires personal care (bathing, changing, toileting, eating). He enjoys going for walks in the neighborhood, going out for ice cream and walking around stores in the community. The ideal provider will live in a quiet home where he can relax.

A full time home for a gentleman in his late 50s, who is able-bodied and greatly enjoys traveling and the company of others. This individual enjoys watching TV and movies of the 80s and 90s, listening to live music, going camping, dogs and cats, and light exercise, such as outdoor walks in nature. His ideal provider(s) would include him in their day-to-day activities, including but not limited to: planning and preparing meals, attending social gatherings and parties, occasional meals at restaurants, vacations, and more.

A full time home provider in Windsor County for a young woman in her 30s with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This engaging young woman loves animals and crafting. The ideal Provider will be able to help her develop new skills at home and in the community while supporting her need for structure and routine. The
