• Looking for full-time Gas Station Shift Lead. Must be able to work Holidays, Weekends, and potentially graveyard shifts.

• Gas Station Shift Lead Description:
• The employee will take on the following responsibilities: reduce employee turnovers (conflicts), meeting the budget goals of the store sales, and keep employees on track while maintaining excellent management skills. The job duties also include planning, directing, and evaluating the operations of the gas station, manage staff and assign duties, determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies with vendors. Job responsibilities also include good customer service, cooking, cashiering, stocking, and cleaning. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• The employee must be able to maintain and control the store’s critical inventory such as cash, lottery, and tobacco and must be able to investigate if cashiers are over or short and why. (Morning Weekend shifts), utilize and cooperate with required customer appreciation and incentive programs, resolve customer complaints, orientate each new hire on the basis of the facility and explain the training schedule, enforce all corporate, local, and state policies and procedures, review employee schedules, ensure all shifts are covered, enforce progressive discipline policy with counseling sessions and written warnings when necessary.
