Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Content Intern/Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for assistingwithmanaging and creating content for our company's social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, and Youtube and Pinterest. You will work closely with the marketing team/ Head of Marketing/ Team to develop and execute social media strategies that engage and grow our online audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with management on the day-to-day activities of the company's social media platforms.

Assist with developmentand execution of social media strategies to increase engagement and grow the online audience.

Create and curate high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for social media platforms.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company's social media presence is relevant and effective.

Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Helping to build out our PR list.

Assisting with content creation.

Have a growth mindset ready to innovate and work collaboratively with a small startup team.

Actively engaged in using social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest.

Deep understanding and passion for all things social media within the beauty, skincare and lifestyle landscape including influencers (micro / nano and large) and tastemakers.

Must be creative, organized and detail-oriented with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.

Demonstrates the ability to operate with a high level of discretion. Specifically, this position will assist in managing all social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, etc) and drive engagement by interacting with followers and supporting all influencer-related correspondence.

Engage with customers and followers across social media in alignment with brand values and mission.

Surface key learnings from our community to our leadership team.

Own proactive social media engagement to drive brand affinity.

Assist in managing influencer network and facilitate ongoing seeding and gifting programs to secure online influencer engagement including build-out of own PR Mailer List.

Assist in conceptualizing and creating compelling content for TikTok to drive engagement and help build channels.

Assist with the production of content shoots as well as supporting on the ground during any shoots.

Stay abreast of key industry trends, competitive insights and industry leaders in social media.

Assist with build-out of Social Media Response Dossier.

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn

Knowledge of social media metrics and analytics

Previous social media and content experience is a PLUS

Full Time: Monday - Friday
