A fantastic scratch kitchen, chef-driven upscale casual concept is looking for a high quality sous chef / kitchen manager to help expand it's operation. The company is growing rapid doing relatively high volume and looking to open a new location this 2018! The culture is "people first" and they are looking for someone excellent.

What's in it for you:
-Competitive Salary: $57,000 to $67,000 (depending on experience)

-Executive Chef potential. We are looking to promote within, and fast-track the candidate to becoming an Exec. Chef.

What we seek:
-Heavy hitter sous chef / kitchen manager with scratch kitchen experience
-Managing employees, inventory, recipes, cooking, maintaining food quality standards/cleanliness.
-40 hours a week for starters of your committed time
-Energetic and professional demeanor
