The base salary range for this role is $65,000 per year - $85,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program and an equity award.

As a Sportsbook Content Analyst at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you are here to help us create an entertaining betting proposition that appeals to Fanatics customers. Reporting into the Sportsbook Content Manager, you will play an integral role in the Sportsbook Content team, as well as the wider Fanatics Betting & Gaming. Sportsbook Content Analysts will work to prepare and manage a range of daily custom offers that differentiate the Sportsbook and integrate seamlessly with the features of the Fanatics Betting & Gaming product.
Responsibilities
- Creates custom bet offers and manages the user experience through administration of a back office content management system
- Manages Sportsbook administrative systems to customize content using data driven analysis
- Contributes to continuous improvement across the Trading department
- Works closely with Commercial, Marketing, Product, Engineering and Operations teams to create and implement a best-in-class, intuitive, and scalable betting experience for our customers - driven by data, user research, and competitor analysis
- Remains constantly plugged into all sporting news, player statuses, schedules etc. in order to produce an offering that retains relevance at any given moment of the sporting calendar
- Tests sportsbook platforms and helps to develop and test trading models
- Ensures that Fanatics is putting the customer at the heart of our Trading/Content strategies
- Builds relationships with all suppliers which impact our betting proposition
- Assists other teams within the Trading department where necessary
Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 1 - 4 years of relevant experience
- A real passion for sport, and an inherent understanding of what sports fans want in order to be entertained
- Strong prerequisite knowledge of sports betting, the current competitive industry landscape, and an understanding of probabilities and basic statistical knowledge
- Ability to understand and interpret data, understanding how that translates into prices
- Preference to work in an entrepreneurial, hyper growth environment where decisions are made quickly
- Team-first mentality, with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done and effectively work cross-functionally across different teams at FBG and the larger Fanatics organization
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to simplify all facets of Sportsbook Content to senior leadership
- Flexible work schedule will be required, including some evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
- This role is based out of Philadelphia, PA
- Open to regular travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings
