Golden Hill Post-Acute Care is looking for a Staffing Coordinator to join our team! You will be scheduling nursing staff to meet the needs of the patients and facility, communicate the staffing schedule to staff on a timely basis, and fill any vacant shifts through coordination with staff.

What we’re looking for:

• This individual will develop and maintain staffing schedules, patient care assignments, and other staffing related records, including those necessary to meet state-specific staffing requirements, in the required format for that state
• Schedule staff in coordination with the Director of Nursing or designee
• Proactively work with staff to fill vacant shifts, either due to open positions, or call-ins

Education/Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• CNA: 1 year (Preferred)
• Must pass pre-employment background check and physical
• Previous experience within a SNF desired (but not required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
