The coordinator must possess strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to establish and maintain positive relationships with University staff, students, contracted partners, and vendors. The coordinator must also maintain the confidentiality of institutional and student data.
- 60% - Producing error-free collateral in a timely manner and in compliance with University and campaign-specific standards for the Office of Design and Communication. Developing and maintaining digital content for web, social media, emails, and chatbot. - (Essential)
- 12% - Communicating effectively with staff, students, partners, and vendors on all projects and keeping detailed records of each project in Jira ticketing system. - (Essential)
- 8% - Facilitating training/workshops for the division; supervising and training student workers; serving on campus committees and workgroups to achieve divisional objectives; assisting with annual meetings/staff development events - (Essential)
- 8% - Determining projects’ scope of work in order to meet University and Division of Academic Engagement and Student Affairs (DAESA) objectives. - (Essential)
- 8% - Reviewing materials as requested for quality control. - (Essential)
- 4% - Researching items for collateral and assisting with the selection, ordering and delivery process. - (Essential)
- Physical Requirements: Occasional and/or light lifting required. Limited exposure to elements such as heat, cold, noise, dust, dirt, chemicals, etc., but none to the point of being disagreeable. May involve minor safety hazards where likely results would be cuts, bruises, etc.
