SVS Group currently has two openings for Support Coordinators. These are temp to hire opportunities for one of our clients in the finanancial services industry.

This is a work from home *REMOTE* position.

Shifts: Monday - Friday

3:00 am - 11:00 am- 1st shift

11:00 am - 7:00 pm - 2nd shift

Must be able to train for the first couple of days on 8:00 am - 4:00 pm shift.

Responsibilities Include:

• Support role for technical support team
• Monitoring of incoming access request notifications
• Processing request for access to client projects
• Closing access once project is completed
• Tracking and coordinating project access to systems
• Data entry & other administrative duties
• Internal customer service within team

Skills Needed:

• Critical thinking skills
• Working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office
• Able to effectively communicate with clients across multiple platforms
• Adaptability and problem solving initiative
• Self starter and self motivator
• Workflow experience
• Ability to triage incoming work
• Ability to multi-task
• Able to have flexibility on schedule depending business needs

Must be a team player and organized.

** Background check and drug screen required. High school diploma or GED.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
