Job Summary: This is a position to provide expertise & assistance to the Senior Analyst and Principal Investigator in creating user tools, machine learning applications development, database management and other programming and operational needs to achieve end user outcomes as well as track and create outputs for clinic and research studies. He/she will also provide data and text mining support to the research team. Exemplifies the Rush mission, vision, and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures. Job Responsibilities: Design, develop and deploy database and web applications for clinic and research studies. Provide data management services in the support of clinic and research studies. Monitor and report activities and progresses of clinic and research studies. Program system to collect research data using Blaise, REDCap, ad web-based applications. Manager complex data from biomedical devices and MRI. Build neuropathologic data collection tools and implement laboratory workflows. Required Job Qualifications:
M.S. or B.S. degree in Computer Science or Information Systems Previous data management experience with scientific and biomedical and social sciences data is a plus. Programming experience in Python, R, Java, or C++ Experience in SQL or a related programming language Background in machine learning frameworks and libraries Communication skills, careful attention to accuracy, and the ability to function in a team environment are essential.
