Job description

Reporting to the President, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator has accountability for leading the development and execution of City Wide Facility Solutions’ strategies designed to attract, develop, motivate and retain talent across the organization. This will include all talent acquisition and onboarding.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria.

- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.).

· Assess and screen candidates for qualification, including reviewing resumes using Applicant Tracking System.

· Manage interview and selection process and procedures, including completing screening calls, administering assessments, and coordinating and participating in in-person interviews.

· Prepare and process offer letters, screening, and onboarding for selected candidates.

· Develop and execute an effective sourcing, assessment, and selection strategy to attract and partner with Independent Contractor business owners.

· Develop, maintain, and support evaluation metrics to measure our recruitment achievements and to help us refine our recruitment processes.

· Lead, develop, and manage the Contract Compliance team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
