McGowan Water Conditioning is expanding its sales team and is seeking a sales professional to develop and manage territories in the Blue Earth, Nicollet, Le Sueur, Waseca, or Eastern Brown County areas.
For 60 years, McGowan Water has been serving Mankato and southern Minnesota with water treatment services and products to provide clean water for healthy living. We offer free professional water testing before suggesting any water conditioning system. We offer a wide variety of water treatment products—both residential and commercial— for municipal and well water applications including: filtration systems, water softeners, reverse osmosis and ultra violet lights.
Qualified applicants will be self-motivated, adaptable and able to work without direct supervision.
While one of the greatest benefits of this position is the time flexibility... long hours, some evenings and Saturdays will be the trade-off.
The challenges will be rewarding and lucrative for the sales professional who wants to be part of an elite sales team, but this is NOT a 9-5 position. This qualified sales professional will represent a water treatment industry leader with a well-known and proven reputation. While sales leads will be provided, Territory Managers will be required to create their own business and customer relationships using techniques instructed through our training program.
- Candidates should have a strong work ethic and a desire to create their own sales opportunities as well as manage leads provided by the company.

- Reliable transportation is required.
- Previous sales experience is not required, however the desire to represent McGowan Water Conditioning with honesty and integrity is a must.
Benefits:
- $34,400 base salary (first year), PLUS an average commission of $35,000 - $40,000 (first year)

Requirements:
- Develop & maintain a sales territory.
- Manage new and existing residential accounts.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
