Mental Health Counselor –

Riverscape Counseling is a clinician-founded national private practice group with locations in Dayton and Centerville OH and Indianapolis IN. We are looking for individuals who share our fundamental belief in the power of relationships in life and in healing. We Believe in providing high quality therapeutic services to our patients. This person Instills hope, quickly centers on achievable objectives, judiciously selects evidence-based practices.

They also have obtained the ability to truly listen to the spoken and unspoken, advance accurate empathy and ability to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.

Qualifications:

All eligible candidates must have one of the following licenses in Ohio:

LPC , LPCC - LCSW or LMFT

Compensation: Up to $85,000 depending on licensure

What We Need:

A true partnership
Licensed Therapists who specialize in working with Children and Adolescents (ages 14 and under).
Candidates that may be looking to grow into leadership roles/supervisors
Self guided determination to complete your notes inside of 1 week.

Work as a cohesive team with others Knowledge of general and accepted office procedures and equipment necessary in the performance of the job responsibilities. Knowledge of scheduling practices and the ability to apply these in scheduling patients and/or procedures. Knowledge of patient Rights and Responsibilities

The ability to respond to every patient with empathy and respect. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing. Knowledge of policies, procedures, philosophies, rules and regulations governing the delivery of services to patients. Experience with electronic medical charting system (Therapy Notes) is desired
