Position Description:
As TI Superintendent, you are responsible for all the field staff on a project, ensuring projects are built according to plans and specifications, with the highest emphasis on quality and relationships. You will supervise the craft of carpenters, laborers, and trade partners ensuring proper placement of material, tools/equipment, and information. You will execute timely documentation and correspondence necessitated by the project including, daily reports, time sheets, safety reports, accident reports, etc. to monitor the work being performed, direct the trade partners, and schedule all work according to the requirements of the project schedule. Your collaborative management skills will direct supervision of trade partners, along with coordinating trade partner’s activities within the scope of their duties.

Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-10 years of TI Project Superintendent/relevant site management.
- Must have solid knowledge on a variety of building types and building practices, specifically related to framing and finishing, for building, onsite and offsite work.
- Must be able to build baseline schedules and manage schedule sequencing based on trade partner building scopes.
- Microsoft Project or similar expertise highly preferred.
- Must be able to read construction documents, plans and specifications, specifically for TI projects.
- Must have OSHA 10 and MCAQD certification. OSHA 30 and State of Arizona Department of Public Safety level one fingerprint clearance card preferred.
- Must be able to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and quality.
- Travel throughout Arizona and Greater Phoenix Area to be expected.

- Hands/Arms: Constant use of hands/fingers for mouse/keyboard/computer use
- Vision: Visual acuity in near, mid, and far range. Color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, hand/eye coordination
- Hearing: Sufficient to hear conversational levels in person and over the telephone and radio; sufficient to hear alarms on equipment
- Speech: Sufficient to make oneself heard in person, speak in front of groups, and be understood over the telephone and radio
- Lift/Carry: Up to 40lbs.
