About the Role
The Transformation Program Manager reports to the Separation Management Lead, and will be part of a nimble team focused on the overall program (e.g., data collection, separation requirements, governance, reporting, communications, etc.). This manager will bring experience contributing to large, global, complex separation(s) and / or transformations; a proven track-record leading successful, complex programs, with a keen eye towards effective stakeholder management, strong influencing skills, effective reporting capabilities, strong communications and partnering skills; and a focus on cost efficiency, operational excellence and the future of work.

  • Support the separation of the Life & Retirement and investment businesses, including contributing to the target state operating model design work for both Corebridge Financial and AIG.
  • Support the successful IPO, stand-up and separate the Corebridge Financial business.
  • Partner closely across Corebridge Financial functions and transformations.
  • Contribute to managing certain third-party relationships to drive a best-in-class transformational outcome.

  • Excited with change and has successful track record in supporting change in complex environments. Data driven and oriented, with ability to focus on key elements that drive difference.
  • Ability to drive and participate in Change Management within all levels of the organization; and build buy in through listening and responding to potential concerns.
  • Collaborate and influence cross-functionally both internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, to drive change.
  • Metric oriented, with a track record of delivering value add solutions, data driven decision maker who utilizes data to direct decision making.
  • Must be proactive in managing issues by anticipating the outcome of the process and ensuring all necessary steps have been taken.
  • Experience with large complex transformations that requires strategic thinking and ability to see through execution.
  • Proven ability to navigate through an organization to “get things done”.
  • Ability to influence and partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on Transformation and Continuous Improvement vision and objectives.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering exceptional results, with an ability to speak to process improvements and specific results achieved.
  • Experience working across functional, organizational and business boundaries, ensuring the entire process delivers the desired service level standard.
  • Demonstrated excellent problem-solving abilities, in a practical way, to balance between addressing root cause and introducing changes in fast order.
  • Ability to analyze data, determine root cause, and provide and/or develop an appropriate solution for resolution.
  • BA/BS degree required; graduate degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of skills and experience in project management, keen ability to identify and implement improvement and transformation opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
  • Ability to travel on occasion as needed.
