Position: Treatment Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients in the dental office and performs new patient interviews and tours
• Prepare patients for treatments or checkups while ensuring their comfort
• Prepare and present treatment plans
• Financial coordination
• Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
• Schedule appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Sterilize instruments and disinfect treatment rooms in accordance with OSHA, CDC and infection control guidelines.

Requirements:

• Must be a team player and be willing to help out where needed
• At least 1 year of dental assisting experience required
• At least 2 years of treatment presentation experience is required
• Experience in Weave Phone and Open Dental preferred
• Experience with Oral Surgery is preferred
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate dental procedures and terminology.
• Demonstrate flexibility, especially in stressful situations, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Maintain patient confidentiality through HIPAA compliance.

Pay: Starting pay ranges from $24 - $30/hr (Depending on experience)

Hours:

• Monday 8:30AM - 5:00PM
• Tuesday 9:30AM - 6:00PM
• Wednesday 9:00AM - 2PM
• Thursday 8:30AM - 5:00PM
• Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
