We are seeking an Implant Treatment Coordinator to join our state of the art dental clinic in Schaumburg, IL; As a valued team member, you will enjoy your work with an amazing and fun loving co-workers and doctors at Scharrington Dental. Responsibilities:

• Assist patient patients with dental implant treatment solutions
• Manage and track all patients from initial call until completion of treatment including scheduling in a timely manner and correctly, communicate with referring office for all necessary information
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential/current patients, ensuring a smooth hand-off between consult and treatment
• Follow up process by reaching out to patients who have expressed an interest in to educate them on the process, identify where they are in their decision making process, and/or follow up on patients who may have delayed treatment
• Communicate with patient prior to surgery day, be present on surgery day, ensure financials are secured, post-surgery follow up
• Manage correspondence to/from referral doctors

Qualifications:

• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to establish immediate rapport with prospective patients
• Self-motivation, drive and initiative
• Strong communication and rapport building skills
• An outgoing and confident approach
• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new programs
• Attention to detail
• Ability to perform repetitive work
• Work as a team member to accomplish job responsibilities
• Flexible and accept different work assignments with a positive approach
• Clinical/surgical assisting background preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly wage + Commission

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• Fluency in Spanish preferred
• At least 5 years in the dental field and implant/treatment coordination
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent

Schedule: 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Work Location: One location

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
