The University of Oklahoma has a temporary agency and we're hiring for people to do Proctor Examinations!

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Starting and stopping exams
• Handing out exam packets and reading instructions
• Monitoring students during exams and recording/logging exam irregularities
• Assist with collecting completed exams and checking in materials
• Assist with preparing exam boxes and packets

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associates Degree or previous experience as an exam proctor
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Must be able to work 4 – 5 hour shifts
• Must have a smartphone

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher
• Previous experience as a teacher or exam proctor
