The Cadence Health team seeks a Virtual Patient Enroller to call, schedule and enroll patients referred to Cadence by our partner Physicians. You will be the patient's first point of contact and experience with Cadence. This role will be responsible for interacting with patients via call, text, and email to educate them on the benefits of the program and schedule appointments for them to enroll with our on-site teams. In addition to scheduling on-site enrollment appointments, you will play an integral role in helping Cadence to test and expand virtual enrollment channels for patients who cannot enroll at a clinic. This individual will be responsible for covering Eastern and Central time zone.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Perform phone outreach to prospective patients to help them understand the benefits of our remote monitoring program.
- Accurately and completely explain our program, expected outcomes, patient responsibility, and financial consideration to patients.
- Schedule in-person enrollment appointments at local clinics and conduct virtual enrollment sessions for patients who do not have access to an in-person option.
- Experience working in a healthcare services organization with accountability for performance metrics.
- Comfort using software tools (EHRs, Zendesk) to conduct and track patient outreach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Empathy, patience and passion for delivering an excellent patient experience at every touch point. Ability to build successful patient relationships and overcome objections/rejections over the phone.
- Ability to thrive in a self-driven environment founded on trust, autonomy and direct communication & feedback.
- Ability to adapt easily to new situations and eager to learn/contribute.
- Occasional travel may be required to provide coverage for in-person enrollments.

- Expected compensation range: $20-$27 per hour
- Location: Remote, covering Eastern and Central time zone.
