• Report to shift and perform work daily with required personal protective equipment including but not limited to the steel toe, puncture-resistant boots.
• Safely utilize equipment and tools to complete work assignments (such as waste caddies, chute doors, tow hitches, compactors, ladders, etc).
• Service assigned properties on site by:
  • Sorting trash, recycling, and compostable waste into appropriate containers.
  • Hauling bulky items off-site.
  • Manually compacting waste.
  • Sweeping/cleaning enclosures, trash rooms, and trash chute.
• Manage daily route assignments by:
  • Noting start and completion times.
  • Taking before/after photos of services performed.
  • Communicate with relevant departments to report/resolve issues and maintain a high quality of service.
  • Submit appropriate paperwork as required to communicate notes and maintain route assignments.

• Available to work Monday – Friday, 4:00AM start time.
• Frequently lift items weighing 50-80 lbs.
• Push/maneuver dumpsters and compactors weighing in excess of 500 lbs.
• Stepping in/out of waste containers safely with the use of a ladder.
• Work independently to complete daily assignments.
• Work well with others in a team environment.
