Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will assist with scheduling and maintaining Outlook calendars for both Transplant Administrator and the Chief of Transplant. They will help with staff meetings and schedule all meetings within the Transplant Clinic. They will also work closely with the Office Manger to ensure all clerical needs are meet for the Transplant Clinic.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's Degree and two years of relevant experience in an administrative role required. Proficient in MS Office and Excel; strong organizational, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills required.



Preferred Qualifications:

Previous administrative responsibilities in a health care organization and working knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
