Brief Job Descriptions:

Sales which includes

Marketing (whatever ideas you may want to bring to the table)

Direct sales/ auto and home insurance sales

Following up with current leads

Cold calling

Customer service

Answering phones

Answering any billing questions

Making changes to current customers policies or answering any questions regarding their policies.

As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for answering questions and discussing product offerings with customers to help meet their unique needs. You'll coordinate prospecting through direct mail and personal insurance reviews, entering leads, pulling motor vehicle and claims reports, entering new applications and submitting changes on existing policies.

Position Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Two years of customer service experience preferred

· Property and Casualty insurance licensing

Pay: $30,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
