Provides upbeat andpositive service to arriving and departing guests utilizing Total Serviceskills. This is accomplished by transportingbaggage to and from guest accommodations, as well as providing various types ofinformation.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS :
Provideshigh quality service to arriving and departing guests utilizing the Spotlighton Service skills
Greetsguests with an upbeat and positive attitude and delights the guests by buildinggreat relationships
Transportsthe baggage of arriving guests from the Bell Desk to their hotelaccommodations.
Explainshotel room accommodation appointments and equipment to guests.
Assistsdeparting guests with their luggage and departure details and helps guests withluggage to transportation.
Informsguests of hotel facilities, guest promotions and events, Greater Reno-Tahoearea adventures and their locations and offers to be of further assistance uponrequest.
Greetscharter arrival guests and provides luggage assistance as needed.
Collaborateswith team members to work in a rotational manner with arriving and departingguests.
Actsas line ambassador for hotel check-in VIP guests
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Preferhigh school diploma or equivalent with previous demonstrated success in hotelor guest contact position
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 21 years of age or older
Literateand fluent in English.
Teamplayer with excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and customerservice skills with a strong commitment success
Flexibilityto work any days of the week and any shifts
Detailoriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
Abilityto uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations andrecognize standards required by a regulated business
Actsas a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a creditto Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same.
Adheresto all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures
PHYSICAL, MENTAL andENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
Ableto perform activities while standing or walking for long periods of time
Abilityto perform reaching motions repeatedly
Mustbe capable of lifting 50 pounds repeatedly, lift and carry items of 100 pounds,and push luggage carts up to 200 pounds
Mustbe able to perform activities while standing or walking for long periods oftime
Dexterityto use office equipment
Gooddistance and close proximity vision.
Auditoryrange must include immediate environment.
Abilityto tolerate extreme variations in temperature
Positionsthat have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy
environment, and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products. Also, non-public contact positions may berequired to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with theirduties, and may be subject to the same environment.
