Position Summary
A highly visible and important Finance role in a growing Aerospace/Defense Company. The position will have full responsibility for Government and non-Government Cost and Pricing proposals normally in accordance with TINA and FAR Regulations. Work Directly with Director of Finance and Site Manager to insure profitability and completeness.
Major responsibilities of the Position department include:

• Lead development and coordination of TINA/FAR proposals including complete cost and pricing data packages for Government proposals. Suggest Pricing in accordance with TINA/FAR requirements and proposal price instructions. Analyze proposal data to ensure complete and accurate costing and pricing reasonableness.

• Provide sales/margin estimation on Requirements listed above.

• Present all costing data and variance analysis for internal and corporate program reviews.

• Support Customer fact finds and Government DCAA and DCMA audits.

• Prepare financial presentations of company proposals for executive and corporate management reviews.

• Support proposal negotiations.

• Develop and improve the current proposal and program cost reporting and estimating processes for the Finance and Estimating Department.

• Create small business plans, termination liability schedules and P&L reports

• Present all costing data and variance analysis for internal and corporate program reviews.

• Maintained proposal pricing system in Excel and JD Edwards for use by all administrators

• Monitor status of all R&D (NRE) and Bid and Proposal efforts

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Mathematics, (other Professional Degrees as support by Experience)
• Minimum 10 years related experience .
