The Brothers that just do Gutters are looking for a Curriculum Specialist with a passion to develop learning tools and courses following easy-to-learn formulas in educating our staff and franchisees. Our company mission is to "Reinvent Contractor Service". We achieve that through the education of our employees, franchisees and clients. We have already started and implemented an LMS for our installers and need someone like you to take it to the next level. We envision new courses rolled out monthly as well as existing ones improved. We aim to create courses so engaging our users look forward to taking and completing them, rather than doing them out of obligation.

This Curriculum Specialist position would require you to perform course curriculum building through our developed LMS system, Office 365, and other discovered learning tools. This role requires you to scope out a learning strategy for individual departments within the franchisor organization with a full understanding of how to simplify complex operations. The person in this role would need to implement the course learning curriculum, test for results, improve learning efficiency, and assist in managing learning gaps where curriculums may not be the best solution.

Overview of primary tasks and activities needed in this role:

  Design & develop training programs through an LMS
• Build skill assessments
• Identify, develop, review, and improve curriculum regularly
• Consult with subject matter experts within the organization to build curriculum
• Monitor and report on user engagement

Qualifications

• Curriculum building experience 2+ years
• Extensive experience with Microsoft suite
• Photoshop & Illustrator experience a plus

Salary

• $50,000 - $55,000 annual salary
• 401k benefits
• All Major Holidays
• 2 weeks paid vacation
