Experian Employer Services (EES) is seeking a dynamic professional to join its Data & Enablement team as Information Security Specialist for Risk Assessments. This new position will be instrumental in evaluating existing processes for enhanced improvement opportunities while harmonizing data quality assurance practices of acquired companies providing Employer Services. We seek a candidate eager to join a start-up atmosphere, someone who can adapt readily, instill confidence in internal and external partners and drive results. Comfort with ambiguity and a high aptitude for adaptability are necessary.
The Implementation Specialist manages projects for both new and existing clients. This position will be responsible for working with the client to understand objectives, setting realistic expectations for meeting those objectives, and delivering and managing to a project plan. This role also guides and supports the client throughout the project, researching and resolving issues and questions, and delivering a project that meets expected outcomes and a high level of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of project implementation, working closely with the client and internal project team
- Conducts kick-off meetings with every new client to review expectations and to create a written project implementation plan with milestones and deliverables
- Develops and monitors project implementation plan in accordance with contract agreement to meet client expectation
- Organizes, convenes and documents regular client and internal project team meetings throughout implementation and post go-live to present and review project activities, establish deadlines and keep project on track
- Monitors every step of the implementation process and project progress; anticipates potential issues and proactively manages details
- Ensures clients experience a high level of service by managing expectations, demonstrating accountability for client issues, and being responsive to their needs
- Communicates project status and disseminates project information to client and internal project team on a regular basis
- Evaluates client needs, develops configurations that support business processes
- Defines and executes on delivery and implementation plans
- Tests and troubleshoots final system setups
- Provides training and end-user support during and after the implementation process
- Maintains and tracks issues submitted by clients so they are resolved in a timely manner
- Escalates client issues for resolution, as appropriate
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience preferred
- Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish tasks
- A proven track record demonstrating excellent client relationship and service skills
- Proficiency in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems
- Excellent analytical skills, problem solving, and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent relationship management skills fostering good working practices with all stakeholders and clients
- Proven project management skills and an understanding of implementation processes
- Effective organization and follow-up skills
- Experience working as part of a remote team preferred
- Ability to travel for periodic meetings
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
