As a member of the Training & Engagement team, you’ll assist the Employee Engagement & Training Director in developing a multi-channel social media strategy, creating dynamic branded content for our social media platforms, identifying key digital media opportunities, engaging with influencers, and reporting analytics on web traffic and engagement. The ideal candidate harnesses their creativity to heighten visibility, makes data-driven decisions to optimize our social media channels, and believes in collaboration to achieve the best results.
The ideal candidate will have a flair for inspiring others and creating a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes engagement among our team members. Responsibilities
Offer positive reinforcement and advocate for recognition of accomplishments
Increase transparency and awareness through consistent communication
Work together with the team in a spirit of collaboration and with a great attitude
They will be responsible for aligning our company culture with our organizational values and the business strategy set by our leadership team
Plan, edit, and write content for a variety of internal communication channels for communicating with managers and people internally, ensuring the alignment of internal and external messages and communications
Project manage regular employee engagement surveys and periodic pulse surveys
Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms
Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content
Maintain unified brand voice across several social media channels
Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments
Review analytics and create reports on key metrics

Basic Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Superior written, verbal, and social communications skills
Holds a passion for employee engagement and cultivating a culture where employees can thrive
Must be extremely data-driven and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to compare and process data into a digestible format for their organization
Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats
Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask
Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools
Direct experience using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprinklr) is a plus.
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro) or equivalent digital media editing tools is a plus.
