Position
Louis Vuitton is seeking a FP&A Sr. Analyst based in our New York office who will be responsible for the financial reporting and monitoring of the LV America's G&A Departments. This team member will participate in budget construction and revisions on topics such as Staff Costs, HR, IS&T, and Legal. In addition, the Senior Analyst will work on sales reporting, focusing on KPI’s and sales trends, prepare business updates for top management and other ad hoc projects. This role will also participate in monthly closing and department budget follow up.
This collaborative role will focus on:
- Lead follow up of expenses related to covered scope and serve as back up liaison to Sr. Manager topics.
- Monthly closing analysis and control to budget/trend focusing on G&A expenses and communication of performance to HQ for Staff Cost & G&A.
- Business Update reporting for executive committee.
- Participation in annual budget construction / revisions.
- Ad hoc projects as needed to support the business of LVA.
- Respect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of behavior and follow the company’s policies and procedures.
- Drive and achieve individual and team objectives.
- Accountability for service excellence and level within the team.
Profile
We are eager to speak to professionals who possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics and proven experience with business planning, FP&A, Financial Control. Demonstrated proficiency in SAP, Power BI, Qliksense, Nemo, and Cognos. In addition, the ideal candidate can work collaboratively in a team environment, possesses an eye for detail, is deadline oriented and has excellent communication and writing skills. Excellent analytical skills, detailed and logical approach to decision making. Self-starter, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities
The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $90,000- $100,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions. This position is located at our Louis Vuitton Corporate Office in NYC and honors the opportunity for a hybrid on-site schedule.
