Aaron-Ruben-Nelson Funeral Home is a family owned funeral home,with a stellar 90 year reputation of serving the greater Indianapolis community.

We offer traditional burial and cremation. We continue to grow and need to add a new member to our team.

We are currently seeking a professional, personable, dependable person to join our team of motivated, service-oriented professionals.

Responsibilities would range from responding to a place of death, transportation of deceased persons, caring for the deceased, providing clerical and administrative support such as answering phones, assisting with funeral services and cremations, helping with funeral services: flower delivery, parking cars, and ushering, providing support to funeral directors and staff by maintaining company property, and answering client questions in person and on the phone with respect, dignity and compassion.

On-call responsibilities would require you to promptly respond to client needs and be available during scheduled and consistent on-call hours. Professional dress, politeness, and discretion are important tenants to our organization as we have nearly 90 years of excellence to uphold.

Paid training, a company vehicle and equipment is provided.

No insurance benefits are offered with this position at this time.

The ideal candidate will:

- Reside in Carmel, IN or surrounding area

- Have professional presence and appropriate attire (business suit)

- Be over 21 years of age with a valid driver's license and clean driving history

- Be of unquestionable integrity

- Be able to lift and pull safely

- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and be self-motivated with a desire to serve others

- Record information accurately and write legibly

- Respect, honor and protect the dignity of the deceased'

• Wednesday - Sunday weekly, full time work.
