Core 3 is not just a property management company; we also have a Grounds Maintenance and Landscape division providing quality and professional services throughout central Illinois. We offer grounds maintenance services, such as weekly mowing, landscape maintenance, and snow and ice removal. Core 3 also provides full-service landscape design and installation for both commercial and residential. Core 3 seeks hardworking and dependable individuals to join our Grounds Crew and Landscaping team. The ideal candidates will be able to work well with others, have a valid driver's license, and demonstrate a good work ethic. Applicants must be able to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and work in various weather conditions.

Grounds Maintenance Crew Member: Experience is preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities: optional

• Weekly mowing and maintaining of properties
• Use zero-turn and standing mowers, string trimmers, and leaf blowers.
• Use heavy and light power equipment to maintain the grounds.
• Shrub pruning
• Spring & Fall cleanups
• Snow and Ice remove during the Winter months

Landscape Crew Member: Experience is a must, with pay based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Softscaping: plant installation, spreading mulch or rock, and installing various types of edging.
• Installation of new landscapes and landscape renovation.
• Hardscapes: paver patios, retaining walls, and other block features.
• Use small power equipment such as saws, sod cutters, trenches, and other landscape-related equipment.
• Can operate a mini-skid, full-size skid steer, and utility tractors.
• Snow and Ice remove during the Winter months.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
