JOB SUMMARY

Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm

This position is responsible for operating high lift equipment for the purpose of surplus inventory order fulfillment at the Willingboro facility

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safe operation of all heavy machinery for which you have completed training.
• Ensure high lifts are properly maintained on a regular basis.
• Ensure all safety equipment is functional and in place at all times and follow all safety procedures.
• Pick surplus inventory at a rate necessary to maintain and exceed expected daily order output
• Assist with any and all high lift related job functions when order volume is light
• May be modified from time to time. Other duties may be assigned.

METRICS AND MEASUREMENTS

• Picker performance is measured on two fronts. Picker will be responsible for meeting and exceeding both established metrics
• Picker is responsible for maintaining a productivity average of 20.00 points per hour
• Picker is responsible for maintaining a picker performance average of 150 bin visits per day

QUALIFICATIONS

• Detail oriented
• Computer literate
• A minimum of one year of experience as a high lift picker or comparable equipment
• Must be able to pass High Lift Picker exams

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or equivalent required

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

High lift licenses (necessary)

OSHA 10 authorization

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Occasional sitting, reaching/working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling.
• Frequent walking.
• Continuous standing and repetitive hand motion.
• Lifting requirements include repeated lifting of up to 10 pounds, frequent lifting of up to 35 pounds, and occasional lifting up to 100 pounds.

BONUS/COMMISSION PLAN

High Lift Picker is eligible for Inventory Department Commission plan upon completion of 90 introductory/transfer period.
