Essential Responsibilities:
Request and compile all incoming HOA’s account information from a previous management company and transfer it to our system for our company to start pursuing.
Provide all outgoing HOA’s account information to the new management company in a timely manner.
Communicate with homeowner’s, Property Managers, previous Management Companies, Board of Directors, law offices, utility companies and vendors via email and over the phone to assist in the transitions process.
Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
Document communications.
Answer incoming calls and emails.
Ability to research and obtain information to resolve homeowners’ needs.Conduct follow up on specific requests made to agent by home owners.
Filing of Paperwork.
Other tasks as assigned.
