Principal Accountabilities
In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principle accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prepares new hire orientation packets and set up new hire file
- Completes I-9 verification
- Routes paperwork from HR approval to payroll, managers, and employee filing
- Responds to requests for verification of employment (VOE's)
- Administers employee recognition program
- Create HR slides for quarterly management meetings
- Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
- Responsible for LMS registration for all new hires and current employees
- Coordinates all learning registration from outside vendors - software training, compliance training, and leadership workshops
- Tracks all completed training and reports any roadblocks to HR manager
- Audits new hire training completion certificates to make sure the company is 100% compliant
- Supports the recruitment team by coordinating interview schedules and travel arrangements for both internal and external candidates
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a human resources related role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools
- Effective HR administration and people management skills
- Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices
