This position requires a skilled technician with experience in heating and cooling systems, electrical diagnostics, and basic construction principles. The individual in this role will be responsible for installing and repairing heating equipment in residential buildings as well as condominiums. This position also requires the ability to read diagrams and blueprints regarding installation of air conditioning systems, humidification measures, and water purification techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Stay up to date on the latest technology.
• Be familiar with the building's operating system.
• Apply problem solving skills to any situation.
• Read instructions and diagrams carefully.
• Align equipment to industry standards.
• Make regular adjustments to ensure air flows smoothly throughout the building.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
