Our fast-paced, growing, company is seeking a full-time Integration Coordinator/Project Manager in Provo, UT!

Dentive is a phenomenal DSO (Dental support organization) that is transforming the traditional 'mold' of what a DSO could be. Dentive partners with state of the art Dentists and relieves the burden of running a business while also trying to perform dentistry. Dentive assumes the accounting, payroll, and other administrative services so that the Dentists can focus on helping patients get healthy.

This Integration Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring and recording elements related to integrating new dental practices into the Dentive network.

Responsibilities for Integration Coordinator/Project Manager:

• Aid director of integration in follow up of all integration tasks
• Monitoring and documentation of project progress against plan and escalation of risks and issues to the head of integrations
• Assist team leads by verifying all documentation is collected from the Doctors and in integrating required midline services
• Work directly with Doctors, Regionals, and Director of integration, to determine proper timelines and desired integration planning
• Assist in developing effective integration processes, tools, and templates
• Shares information cross-functionally to improve workflow processes
• Responsible for on-time delivery and overall quality of deliverables

Integration Coordinator Qualifications / Skills

• Dental experience preferred but not required
• Microsoft, Smartsheet, Salesforce and Process Street experience preferred but not required
• Detail oriented
• Strong analytical skills
• Process driven
• Adaptive to environment
• Good interpersonal and customer interface skills
