Westland Landscape offers a full service experience for our customers. From Design Build, Irrigation Installation, Landscape Installation, to our Full Service Maintenance departments.

Do you love to garden? Do you have extensive knowledge in gardening practice? Do you have experience in Landscape and Hardscape or want to learn? Our crews create and maintain commercial and residential properties. Basic skills for Maintenance include regular mulching, brush, leaf and weed removal, trimming and pruning. Basic skills for landscape/hardscape include digging, planting, building walls and patios, general landscape.

Candidates must be able to:

• Complete general landscape duties, including installation of mulch, weed, trim, plant, aerate, and other related landscape activities.
• Work in the outdoors.
• Perform physical labor daily
• Operate various equipment and tools, such as power trimmers, blowers, compacters, skid steer and chop saw.

We are seeking:

• Gardening, horticulture experience, landscape/hardscape experience
• Ability to plant flowers/shrubs, build modular walls and patios, general landscape experience.
• Knowledge to prune/trim flowers and shrubs in different seasons.
• Trade certifications such as Certified Landscape Technician, Certified Chemical Applicator License are a plus but not required.
• Valid Kansas or Missouri (Class E) Drivers license.
• Must be able to pass a DOT medical certification.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Landscape Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
• Class E drivers license (Preferred)
