The Sterling Center is a community based, non-profit agency that specializes in child welfare using trauma informed and family systems approaches. Our agency comes from humble beginnings; starting with only a few clinicians in Fort Myers, today we receive referrals from all over the gulf coast, central and northeast, FL. Our agency founder, Dr. Sterling, is passionate about the work that is being done in the community. Our clients know that The Sterling Center clinicians are a partner and advocate for their families. We work collaboratively with families on goal setting and making lasting changes to improve their quality of life and wellbeing. Here at The Sterling Center, we are equally passionate about creating a supportive and encouraging culture for our clinicians. This an an agency that helps you reach your goals as a clinician. We will help you establish a solid clientele of full time (25-30 clients minimum), bi-weekly pay, a flexible schedule, and qualification for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program. Additionally, our clinicians have access to the admin team who takes care of billing and intake/scheduling.

We serve the underserved. We build back children and families that have experienced crisis and trauma.

**This is not a remote position. Clinicians are required to serve within the community we serve.**

What we are looking for:

1. Master's Level Clinician - Full Time Position Only

2. Be registered and/or eligible to register as an intern. Clinicians fully licensed welcomed.

3. Carry Full Time Case Load = 25-30 clients minimum

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
