Under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or designee, the CNA:

• Provides direct and indirect patient care
• Assists with delegated activities of the nursing plan, transportation, and clerical tasks.
• Assists the RN with implementing the patient care plan which includes maintaining accurate: records, patient documentation, patient admission, transfer, and discharge.
• Always maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to professional standards, hospital policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements at all times.

Available Shifts:

• 4,8,10 and 12 hour shifts
• Day, Evening and Night shifts

• Full/Part time and supplemental shifts

Required Qualifications:

• Current/Active unrestricted NAC/NAR with the State of Washington at the time of application. Active NAC license must be acquired within 120-days of employment if hired on a NAR.
• CPR and First Aid certified at the time of hire or within 30 days of hire (class provided).
• Washington State Food Handler's permit at the time of hire and maintained while employed.
• Ability to communicate verbally & in writing, in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
• Experience working with geriatric population
