The Sheraton Syracuse University Hotel & Conference Center is looking for a Night Auditor to join our team!

The main duties for this position are to reconcile all hotel cashier transactions, prepare management reports, and to perform front desk duties including check-in, check-out, switchboard operations and reservations.

Responsibilities:

Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service oriented manner.

Maintain high standards of person appearance and grooming which include wearing the proper uniform and nametag when working.

Prepare necessary reports.

Print daily revenue reports.

Balance front desk and food and beverage cashier's work.

Balance credit cards and make deposits.

Copy and distribute reports.

Handle special guest requests, check guests in and out, and handle reservations.

Must be available evenings/weekends.
