HVAC/R service company in Avon Lake, is looking to hire a customer service representative. Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am through 4:30pm.

You will be responsible for scheduling services calls, handling customer inquiries, monitoring customer portals, and assisting in other administrative tasks.

Our ideal candidate has a strong work history, dependable, strong customer service skills and must be able to multi-task.

Wage based on experience.

Required education:
