Giacomo's Pizzeria & Italian Family Restaurant is in need a pizza maker (hand-tossed) with experience in a traditional Italian kitchen, with experience in a hand stretching dough,working with ovens and a pizza peel.

Must have a good sense of urgency, work well solo, and fast with prep work. Must be reliable,Part of the interview process will be hand stretching a dough.

Qualifications: *

Two years full-service restaurant experience* Prep and line experience required* Ability to take direction* Ability to work in a team oriented environment* Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure. This is a position which will require Full days. we open 6 days per week. We will required to work holidays. Interested applicants also can apply in person Tuesday-Friday between the hours of 2:00 pm -4:30 pm.
