MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining and/or cleaning of the common areas in the building (i.e. offices, bathrooms, fitness/spa areas, mopping, etc.)
• Cleaning of Luxury apartments, clubhouses and models (including but not limited to):
• Clean/scrub and disinfect all bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens, living and dining areas, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping of floors, clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, laundry room, front and rear patios (if applicable), remove debris, empty trash receptacles, replace lining of trash cans, replenishing of supplies and all duties assigned relating to cleaning and said assigned unit(s).
• Identify and report possible repairs.
• Record and report the use of supplies and equipment to supervisor
• Ensure that all health and safety procedures are being followed according to OSHA Regulations and the company’s policies.

• QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be willing to submit a background check
• Must be able to lift up to 30-35 lbs.
• Must be able to stand, kneel & push
• Must be hard working and dependable
• Must have a Valid driver’s license
• Dependable transportation preferred
• Must have an eye for detail
• Enjoy making customers happy
• Must possess excellent communication skills in speaking, writing and listening
• Must have good interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Must have excellent problem-solving skills
• Must have a clear understanding of customer service principles
